PCB processing introduction

We have 3 automatic surface mounting lines.
After solder printing, boards are ion-processed and cleaned to make sure no static charge and dust remains which can damage the boards. A solder inspection machine is used to check the printed soldering in 2D and 3D. 
Our SMT machines are compatible with all types of PCB, FPC with operation capacity up to 92%.

Visual inspection equipment
After soldering and heating, all boards are put through visual inspection machine to verify solder printing surface and soldered parts.
We have plan to accquire additional inspection machine: VT-S530-D  (OMRON)
With third party controller software, we can perform adjustment in real time without stopping the machines which improve efficiency.

ICT inspection equipments
The machine is used for checking parts and parts real specifications to make sure there is no mistake or lack of parts. 
CCT-FCT inspection
After ICT checking, boards are loaded with programs and re-check all the functions.
Dip spot soldering can provide stable soldering quality
Automatic robot with flux spray and solder spray to ensure stable quality of soldering.
We have been processing PCB for printers, crafting machine, car lights, bus clock, motor board gauge display etc...
